Background

Problem
Projects needed to be prioritized and the process in which designers delivered work needed to be streamlined.
Solution
Implement a more agile process in which designers delivered and prioritized projects. Using Jira and Confluence to plan sprints and future work, we made the design team as a whole more agile.

Process

I was tasked with streamlining the processes for the UX team at Wells Fargo. Incorporating agile methodology, I implemented a new Jira board for the team, set up sprint reviews to gauge the bandwidth of the team, and led design reviews for our partners and engineers.

For large projects that require discovery, I created discovery activities using FigJam and curated a plan to complete the project. Further, I created a plan to ensure that our designers stay on track and complete the project on time.

The biggest initiatives my team did was rebrand the developer portal, add Case Studies, and Product Pages.
